Mr. Hook's practice focuses on business litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Hook has experience in a wide range of practice areas, including real estate litigation, construction disputes in private and public works, employment litigation, and business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hook was with Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli, LLP, and Stephan, Oringher, Richman, Theodora & Miller.
Education: Mr. Hook received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law. During law school he was a judicial extern in Los Angeles Superior Court for the honorable Justice Judith Ashmann-Gerst prior to her appointment to the Court of Appeal.
Memberships: Mr. Hook is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court for the Central District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hook is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Personal: Mr. Hook is a former professional baseball player having played in the Houston Astros and Milwaukee Brewers minor league organizations.
